How do I send my photo, name or design?

When you add an item to your cart, upload your photo and type your text in the fields on the product page. If you have a special request, add a note at checkout or email us at newmx505@outlook.com.

Will I see my design before you make it?

Yes. For custom photo and design work we confirm the layout with you before engraving or printing.

How long does my order take?

Most orders are ready in 3–5 business days. Need it sooner? Contact us and we will do our best to rush it.

How do I get my order?

Choose free pickup in Santa Fe, NM, local delivery in the Santa Fe area, or shipping at checkout.

What photos work best?

Clear, well-lit, high-resolution photos give the best results. For photo crystals, a photo where the faces are in focus works best. Not sure? Send it to us and we will let you know.

Can I order something I don't see on the site?
