Refund policy

Every NewMX LLC item is made to order and personalized just for you, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or for spelling, photos or designs that were approved by the customer. Please review your proof carefully before approving. If your item arrives damaged or defective, or we made a mistake on your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup at newmx505@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will remake it or issue a refund at no cost to you. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund until production begins. Once your design is approved and engraving or printing has started, the order cannot be cancelled. Se habla español.
